Second Saturdays Special Recycling

There is a new shed at TARF (351 Fall River Ave Seekonk) that will be open for collection of certain items for special recycling. This special collection does not require a pass, will be available on the SECOND SATURDAY of every month, from 8am-12pm, and will accept the following items free of charge:

• Anti-Freeze
• All light bulbs - all types, shapes & sizes
• All batteries
• Mercury Items
• Radioactive Smoke/Carbon detectors
• Ink/Toner cartridges
• String lights & extension cords
• Cell phones/tablets
• Small power tools

Other items for a FEE: Solar Panels, EMPTY Propane Tanks, EMPTY fire extinguishers (remove all plastic parts), Computers/Electronics, TV's/Monitors & Tires (no rims) are also accepted with a blue bulky waste sticker on these days. If you are using a Bulky Waste Pass, 1 TV or Monitor, Computers/Electronics, and 2 tires (no rims) are included as part of the pass and no additional sticker is required.
