The charge of $315.00 applies to each residential dwelling unit in the Town of Seekonk. If your property is classified as a multi-unit dwelling, a fee is charged for each unit. The FY2026 annual fee is composed of $291.00 for trash services and $24.00 for the capping of the Newman Avenue Landfill. Multi family units as determined by Property Classification code are charged $315.00 per unit.
There are no exemptions for vacant units.
Mixed use properties made up of residential and commercial use will now receive an invoice.
