The Town Clerk is the keeper of the records. This office maintains birth, death, and marriage licenses. If you want to obtain a copy of a vital record, you can call this office to see if we have it in our vault.
A certified copy of a vital record is $10.00, cash or check made payable to the Town of Seekonk.
