What is a Notary? A notary is signing their name and affixing their seal saying that they witnessed you sign the document and that they saw proper identification from the person signing.
Notary Services are available in the Town Clerk's office where both the Town Clerk and the Assistant Town Clerk are Notaries.
If you need a document notarized and/or witnessed, please wait to sign it in front of us and bring a photo ID with you.
*As of February 11, 2013 we will be charging a Notary Fee of $1.00 per notarized signature with the monies to be donated to the Seekonk Animal Shelter.
